Educator Career Workforce Pathways (ECWP) supports individuals in becoming credentialed educators—whether as teachers, associate teachers, or pupil personnel services professionals such as school counselors or wellness coaches—through our residency and apprenticeship programs.
Our team works with you to identify a personalized education pathway based on your current level of preparation. We provide advising, coaching, and ongoing support to help teaching, school counseling, and wellness coach candidates successfully navigate college and university systems and requirements.
Eligible candidates may also receive scholarships to help cover tuition, books, and living expenses.
