SCCOE is excited to offer free health screenings at Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers with 2,250+ locations nationwide for your convenience.
1. Enter Registration Key: SISC2026
2. Go to Wellness Screening
3. Under Patient Service Center, select Schedule a Screening
- Walk-ins are welcome, but you may be asked to schedule an appointment upon check-in.
- You’ll receive an email when your screening results are ready to be viewed securely online.
