Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make any changes for the upcoming plan year.
We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to review their benefits, even if you're not planning to make changes. A quick review today can help ensure your coverage continues to meet your needs for the year ahead.
Any changes you make during Open Enrollment will take effect October 1, 2026.
👶 Expanded Fertility Benefits
Effective October 1, 2026 Eligible members enrolled in Anthem HMO and Kaiser Permanente plans will receive expanded fertility benefits in accordance with SB 729, including:
- Comprehensive infertility diagnosis, treatment, and related medications
- Coverage for up to three completed egg retrievals and unlimited medically appropriate embryo transfers
- Fertility preservation when medically necessary
🩺 HSA-Qualified High Deductible Health Plan Updates
Effective January 1, 2027, the IRS has increased the minimum deductibles for qualified High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs).

✅ Happy with your current benefits?
If you're not making any changes, you don't need to do anything! Your current medical, dental, vision, and life insurance elections will automatically roll over into the new plan year.
🖥️ Ready to Make Changes?
All enrollment forms must be submitted through the Secure Online Submission Portal no later than August 28, 2026.
To change your medical, dental, vision, or life coverage:
✔ Submit the appropriate Kaiser, Anthem, or Dental/Vision/Life Enrollment Form.
To add or remove a dependent:
✔ Complete a Membership Change Form and upload the required supporting documentation by clicking here.

To add Spouse
- Marriage certificate
- Most recent IRS Form 1040 (please black out all financial information)
To add Registered Domestic Partner
- California State Declaration of Domestic Partnership
To add Child(ren)
- Birth certificate or applicable court order
💡 Reminder for Flexible Spending Account Open Enrollment in November!
If you'd like to continue participating in an FSA, you'll need to re-enroll during the November 2026 FSA Open Enrollment, with coverage beginning January 1, 2027. Flexible Spending Account (FSA) elections do not automatically roll over each year.
