Empowering Educators, Transforming Communities
Our mission is to empower educators by providing the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed in a constantly evolving educational and professional landscape. We are dedicated to preparing skilled, compassionate teachers and administrators who serve, advocate, and lead. Additionally, we support school-based mental health and wellness career pathways and early learning apprenticeship programs to meet the needs of schools and communities across California.

Standing at the intersection of education and workforce innovation, we focus on two key areas of development:
-
Teacher & Administrator Credentialing: We develop and offer
robust credentialing and professional development programs that prepare future teachers and administrators for effective, student-centered education and inspire the next generation of learners. With mentorship from experienced educators and field experts, participants gain the skills needed to support diverse learners, collaborate with families, and create thriving classrooms.
-
Educator Career Workforce Pathways: We collaborate with community organizations, local educational agencies (LEAs), and institutes of higher education (IHEs) to develop innovative career pathways in teaching, school-based mental and behavioral health, and early education. These programs align with industry needs, expand access to training and certification, and help meet the staffing demands in schools and related fields across California.
Scholarships and apprenticeship programs are available through various grants.
