The SCCOE conducts a comprehensive annual survey to learn firsthand from employees about factors that contribute to levels of engagement, job satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Each year, the feedback received informs employee programs, including professional learning and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture. This report summarizes feedback received from 623 employees who responded to the 2021-22 survey.
The SCCOE conducts an annual survey to collect feedback from external stakeholders that is instrumental in maximizing the SCCOE’s impact as a premier service organization dedicated to serving, inspiring, and promoting student and school success. This report summarizes feedback received from 358 stakeholders who responded to the 2021-22 survey.
