What We Do
As a premier service organization, we provide core infrastructure technology services to the Santa Clara County Office of Education and school districts located throughout Santa Clara County; a common, reliable, standards-based technical environment; and cyber-infrastructure in support of student and public school success.
Infrastructure Services include:
- Connectivity - High-speed fiber-optic connections and ISP services that help our district-customers scale to meet growing bandwidth demands.
- Endpoint Operations – Our Technical Support Services team manages and maintains the SCCOE desktop and related computing devices which provides a reliable, secure, and integrated computing environment for all SCCOE employees.
- Network Operations and Services - network connectivity, Wi-Fi, remote VPN, and other services in support of departmental networking needs.
- Enterprise Storage and Backup Solutions - offering highly available and highly scalable data storage options in support of division and program access.
- IT Business Continuity - consultation and planning to deliver IT resiliency, business continuity solutions and services for SCCOE applications administered by TSD.
- Unified Communications - providing analog and VoIP services, voicemail, cellular (wireless) services, and related products.
