Instruction, Leadership and Innovation Division (fka Professional Learning & Support) is to help teachers, coaches, and administrators to understand and be able to deliver high quality instruction in order to prepare all students to develop 21st century language and literacy skills across the content areas, and to create opportunities for students to become biliterate and multiliterate.
