The Santa Clara Nonpublic Agency (NPA) Collaborative group is currently composed of the Santa Clara County Office of Education, Santa Clara SELPAs I, II, III, IV, and VII, the South East Consortium SELPA, and NPA representatives. The purpose of the Santa Clara NPA Collaborative is to develop an annual master contract and negotiate rates with the Preferred Nonpublic Agencies.
Preferred Providers enjoy the benefit of:
- preferred selection for contract by school districts within Santa Clara county,
- a consistent master contract applied to all school districts within Santa Clara county, and
- acknowledgement of the NPAs Preferred Provider status through listing on the Santa Clara NPA Collaborative.
Become a Member
Nonpublic Agencies interested in becoming a Preferred Provider of the Santa Clara NPA Collaborative may apply by completing an online application and uploading required documents. Nonpublic Agencies may seek membership to the Santa Clara NPA Collaborative at any time.
- Please make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Once a completed online application is received, your agency will be sent a link to a Google folder to upload the following documents as part of the application process:
- Copy of the NPA's current CDE certification
- Current rate sheet
- Current W-9
- Copy of current Certificate of Insurance including endorsement page/s
- Redacted copies of CDE/OCR findings, if applicable
