Data and Analytics Development (D&AD) provides a broad variety of data services to SCCOE, its local schools, districts and partner agencies in the county. Services range from management of student information system (SIS) for SCCOE managed schools, hosting of data warehouse and data analytics solutions, and cross agency data system. Department strives to empower decision makers by making right data available at the right time.

We provide the technical framework for the data systems and manage the infrastructure and services. Our overall goal is to promote a data-driven culture by providing systems that has economy of scale, delivers quality data and democratize access to data to everyone in the organization.

DataZone provides affordable data warehousing and analytic tools. It streamlines collaborative efforts through the use of shared governance, a shared data model, standard data definitions, and centralized data storage. With such a powerful tool, agencies and school districts are able to coordinate support services, maximize the use of key organizational performance data, create policy alignments, and guide decisions around funding priorities.

FosterVision Is a cross agency data system that updates nightly with information from Schools, Child Welfare, and Juvenile Probation. This data sharing partnership accelerates support for at risk youth receiving services from multiple agencies across the county.

School Link Services program is a partnership with Behavioral Health Services to help to reduce the reporting load and data sharing complexities for district / site coordinators and monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
