The HR features built into QCC allow district office staff to effectively manage and draw together information about their employees in an efficient manner. HR staff can utilize premade and ad-hoc reports to view data to aid in their daily work. Fiscal and Budget office staff can use HR system information to generate salary and benefit projection reports allowing them to make forward thinking decisions based on employee data.
