Center Stage for Student Voice
As educators, we choreograph the learning experience for the children and young people we serve. We discuss their test scores, demographics, and home lives. We script interventions and supports in the continuous effort to provide each and every student with what they need to succeed. Why not ask our most valuable stakeholders to take center stage, and then spotlight their voices?
During this 90 minute webinar, we will discuss strategies for ensuring student engagement in terms of a continuum of participation. participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to identify, reflect and revise on how your school or program is incorporating the voices of ALL students.

The relationship that you have with yourself is arguably the most constant and most important relationship that you can have. The perception that you have of yourself greatly determines the experiences that you will have. We are in the field of service, but we can not begin to serve others until we take care of ourselves. What’s the first thing they tell you on an airplane in case of emergency? Put on your facemask, before helping others. Taking your first steps towards creating more balance is the most important thing you can do for yourself and those you love. It begins with creating a daily awareness and reflecting on your life and time. This series of three 90 minute sessions series will support educators in taking those first small steps towards a more balanced life each day.

Put On Your Mask and Dust Off Your Matrix
Please join the SCCOE PBIS Technical Assistance Center for a dialogue on the merits of the well-designed behavior matrix. The matrix isn’t just another poster to ignore - instead, it guides us in applying explicit instruction, reasonable and consistent expectations, and opportunities for both corrective and positive feedback in any setting or activity. We don’t need to reinvent our system to address safety, health, and social-emotional learning - we need to dust off and reinvigorate our Matrix! During this 90 minute session, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues to identify, reflect and revise their current expectation matrix to match the needs of our current context.
