Classified Personnel Services administers the recruitment, examination, selection, classification and compensation plans as well as re-employment, applicant appeals, and employee disciplinary hearings for the classified service of the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE). The classified personnel program is overseen by the Personnel Commission as defined in California Education Code and guided by Merit System Rules and other applicable laws, statutes, and regulations.
The director and staff of Classified Personnel Services strive to provide optimal customer service to job seekers, applicants, employees, departments, and clients of the Personnel Commission.
