The Early Care and Education Initiatives Department leads and supports the strategy and implementation of initiatives that provide access to high-quality early learning and care for Santa Clara County children ages birth through 8. We lead this work through four core work areas: 1) Professional development coordination and alignment, 2) Data, research, and technology, 3) Communications, 4) Strategic planning, partnerships, and advocacy support.
