SAN JOSE, CA – The Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) announced the regional and state winners of their awards program. Through the annual awards program, students, administrators, and community organizations are honored for their achievement and dedication to public education.
“We have stellar educators and school employees in our community,” said Dr. Mary Ann Dewan, County Superintendent of Schools. “I am very proud of the administrators recognized for their achievement and their efforts to support and empower Santa Clara County students.”
The 2023 state award honorees include Milpitas Unified School District Superintendent Cheryl Jordan as Superintendent of the Year, and the Santa Clara County Office of Education, Senior Executive Assistant, Priscilla Caballero as the Confidential Employee of the Year. They will be celebrated at the ACSA Leadership Summit in Sacramento on November 3.
