Empowering Educators, Transforming Communities
Our mission is to empower educators by providing the tools, resources, and opportunities they need to succeed in a constantly evolving educational and professional landscape. We are dedicated to preparing skilled, compassionate teachers and administrators who serve, advocate, and lead. Additionally, we support school-based mental health and wellness career pathways and early learning apprenticeship programs to meet the needs of schools and communities across California.
Standing at the Intersection of Education and Workforce Innovation
We focus on
three key areas of development that connect education, workforce needs, and emerging opportunities to prepare educators for future success.
TEACHER & ADMINISTRATOR CREDENTIALING
We develop robust credentialing and professional development programs that
prepare future teachers and administrators for student-centered education. Guided by experienced educators, candidates gain essential skills to support diverse learners, collaborate with families, and lead thriving classrooms.
EDUCATOR CAREER WORKFORCE PATHWAYS
We partner with community organizations, local educational agencies (LEAs), and institutions of higher education (IHEs) to build innovative pathways in teaching credentialing, school-based mental health, and early education. Through
residencies and
apprenticeships, we expand access to certification while addressing California’s workforce needs.
STATEWIDE & REGIONAL GRANT PROGRAMS
Led by the Santa Clara County Office of Education, our statewide and regional grants provide essential
funding, strategic guidance, and actionable resources to support districts and educators in building sustainable workforce initiatives across California, including
SRTAC,
EARN,
Catalyst Initiative, and
CYBHI.
