Wellness Coach Apprenticeship Program

Program Description
The Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) Educator Preparation Programs' Wellness Coach Apprenticeship Program introduces individuals to school-based wellness careers. This apprenticeship opportunity provide candidates with a
salary, free tuition, textbook, materials, and mentorship while earning their Wellness Coach Certification.
This pathway is designed for individuals ready to commit to hands-on training and real-world experience
Program highlights include:
- On-the-job
Wellness Coach training within the
East Side Union High School District.

College coursework toward an Associate Degree

Mentorship, on-site support, and
structured training throughout the apprenticeship
- Completion of a Wellness Coach Certificate
Support Provided
- Course guidance and enrollment support
- On-site mentoring and supervision
- Coordination with school wellness center staff
- Structured program timeline and orientation
