The Santa Clara County Office of Education serves as the Childcare Resource and Referral Program (R&R) for Santa Clara County. The function of the R&R is to provide every family and provider with what they need to be successful by implementing the SCCOE’s core values of equity, diversity, inclusion, and partnership. The Resource and Referral Program provides the following: childcare resources for families and providers, information and resources for families, and training and technical assistance for providers.
California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) provides high-quality professional learning, technical assistance, and support to California’s preschool program administrators and teachers through its statewide network.
Strong Start is a coalition of community leaders, early education providers, nonprofit organizations, elected officials, members of the business community and other key stakeholders who are committed to expanding access to high quality early learning opportunities for all children age 0 to 8 in Santa Clara County.
