The Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) Multi-Payer Fee Schedule (MPFS) is a statewide effort to expand access to school-linked behavioral health services for children and youth. By simplifying billing and providing more consistent reimbursement, MPFS helps schools reduce administrative burden, improve access to care, and ensure students receive the behavioral health services they need.

A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is a unique 10-digit number assigned to healthcare providers for billing and reimbursement. There are two types:
