Strengths Coaching – Now that you know your Clifton Strengths, engage with a Certified Strengths Coach to learn how to leverage your strengths to be an effective team member and leader.
CalPers – The California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS) offers a defined benefit retirement plan. It provides benefits based on members years of service, age, and final compensation. Take advantage of the member events and classes to learn about your benefits and plan for retirement.
CTA – The California Teachers Association (CTA) offers a variety of trainings and workshops led by our professional staff and CTA members who are experts in their field. Our trainings provide the latest tools and techniques to enhance professional development and increase leadership skills.
Champions for Innovation – The purpose of Champions for Innovation is to identify current and future leaders from each division, match them with a mentor, and provide them with the skills to effectively develop, lead, and execute projects with innovation at the center.
Educator Prep Programs – Santa Clara County Office of Education's Educator Prep Programs (EPP) offers credentialing programs for the working professional. Our teacher preparation program, Education Preparation for Inclusive Classrooms (EPIC), and our school administration program, Leaders in Educational Administration Program (LEAP) are approved by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
