The SCCOE is a champion of public education, serving as an exemplary regional resource to students, parents, school districts and community agencies and businesses. The Office also provides curriculum support, staff development, and technology support and training directly to teachers and staff in schools countywide.

Education Preparation for Inclusive Classrooms (EPIC) is an accredited Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) program in Special Education that focuses on inclusion in Moderate/Severe and Early Childhood Education. Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) Clear Induction Program is the pathway from a preliminary teaching credential to a clear credential. SCCOE offers induction programs for Education Specialist credentialed teachers.
Leaders in Educational Administration Program (LEAP) prepares certificated staff for positions as educational administrators. Approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) and based on the California Administrative Performance Expectations and the California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders, LEAP offers the following credentialing programs.
