Transition Partnership Program
The Transition Partnership Program is a partnership funded by the Department of Rehabilitation, dedicated to empowering every student to reach their full potential.
Our goal is to place students in meaningful employment and help them build lasting connections within their communities.
Through volunteer experiences, internships, and employment pathways, students build confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and workplace readiness. Our team provides individualized support and guidance tailored to each student’s strengths, interests, and goals.
