Supporting Student Success
Workability I (WAI) and the Transition Partnership Program (TPP) work together to help students with disabilities ages 16 - 22 build skills, explore careers, and prepare for successful, independent futures. Teachers can refer eligible students to either or both programs to ensure they receive the support and opportunities that best meet their transition goals.

Workability I (WAI)
Help students prepare for work and build a foundation while still in school by developing job skills and workplace knowledge.
- For students with IEPs who are still in school
- Supplements IEP services (does not replace them)
- Provides paid or unpaid work experiences
Transition Partnership Program (TPP)
Increase employment opportunities for students by expanding services through the Department of Rehabilitation that leads to meaningful work and community engagement.
- For students eligible or potentially eligible for DOR services
- Focuses on competitive, integrated employment in the community
