SAN JOSE, CA – On Wednesday, April 15, 2020 Santa Clara County Board of Education unanimously approved and signed a resolution formally recognizing Walden West for their COVID-19 food donation to Second Harvest Food Bank. This resolution reflects the strength of our community at all times, not just in the time of need.
This resolution acknowledges the steadfast commitment of Walden West to support Second Harvest of Silicon Valley’s long standing pledge to meet the food needs in Santa Clara County.
This resolution also emphasizes the focus of charitable investments that address the specific needs of the community, including aid for food insecurities and support for youth activities and educational programs which continue to positively impact the greater community.
