The Internal Business Services (IBS) Department, which is comprised of the
Payroll Services, provides services in the areas of budgeting, attendance accounting, financial accounting, centralized purchasing services, and payroll. IBS also delivers services to support the educational programs at Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE). The IBS Department ensures that SCCOE is in compliance with federal and state requirements, education codes, and SCCOE policies and procedures, and maintains fiscal solvency.
