Diligent Community Portal. Users may also search for current and archived board materials directly within the portal.
Please note: In October 2026, the Santa Clara County Board of Education transitioned from BoardDocs to the Diligent Community Portal. Users who previously accessed agendas and meeting materials through BoardDocs should now use the Diligent Community Portal.
Unless otherwise posted, regular Board meetings are held in person on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. (Doors open at 4:30 p.m.).
