SAN JOSE, CA – The Santa Clara County Board of Education is aware of a whistleblower complaint that was made public by a party outside the Board.
To ensure an objective and impartial review, the Board has retained independent counsel to review the matter.
Maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful workplace is a core priority of the Board of Education. All employees are expected to be treated equitably, and concerns should be raised and addressed through established and appropriate processes.
In keeping with this commitment, the Board will protect employee privacy rights, uphold applicable employment standards, and respect the integrity of the investigative process, and will not comment further while the review is underway.
