Ms. Tara Sreekrishnan joins the county board with professional public policy and community outreach experience at the city, county, and state government levels. Sreekrishnan has worked on local political and advocacy campaigns, served on several nonprofit boards, and co-founded the nonprofit Silicon Valley Youth Climate Action (SVYCA) that empowers students across Santa Clara County to combat climate change through impactful education and policy initiatives.
She is a graduate of Mills College and a proud product of K-12 public schools in Trustee Area 2.
