Modernizing Our HR, Finance, and Payroll Systems
SCCOE and its partner districts are embarking on a multi-year journey to bring our Finance, HR, and Payroll into a single, modern, unified system.
After years of research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment, the Santa Clara County Office of Education — together with
33 Santa Clara County school districts and the
San Benito County Office of Education and its 12 districts — is preparing to formally solicit proposals from ERP vendors. This page provides an overview of where we are and what comes next.
A new ERP system will bring these functions into a single, integrated platform — reducing administrative burden, improving data accuracy, and building long-term operational resilience for every district we serve.
