Purpose: The Operations Team supports the Santa Clara County Office of Education with the implementation of sponsored projects, including agreements and requirements to improve access to inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education for Santa Clara County districts, schools, students, and communities.
The Grants, Partnerships, & Operations Department provides leadership and guidance in grant operations and management through planning, implementation, budgeting, and oversight. The GPO provides technical, specialized, consultative, advisory, and planning services to individuals and teams, providing direction and leadership in the operational implementation of grants in support of the strategic plan. The GPO formulates and develops processes and systems to streamline delivery, scalability, reporting, and continuous improvement through cross functional collaboration and alignment.
