Ana Ramirez ELS Site Monitor Early Learning Services	BRIDGE:Building Relationships and IntegratingDuties for Growth and Efficiency The BRIDGE program is designed to provide onboarding and ongoing training for administrative assistants, allowing them to connect with peers in their fields. It focuses on building relationships, understanding SCCOE culture, and aligning with internal policies and procedures. The training includes quarterly updates to keep participants informed of the latest developments. Mentor: Alice Serraon, Executive Assistant, Classified Personnel Services
Brenda Y. Rodriguez Paraeducator, Special Education	Empathy Interviews: Gathering our experiences as paraeducators The purpose of this project is to create sustainable outreach and retention practices for SCCOE’s Human Resources division. It aims to initiate the development and launch of an employee outreach program to gather story telling metrics of personal experiences exhibiting how rewarding being a paraeducator in the special education sector can be. By initiating an outreach and logistics plan, people with paraeducator experience will feel valued and potential candidates will want to apply. Emiko Taylor Specialist, Foster Youth Education Services	District Liaisons Resource Hub Creating a space to establish a supportive system for LEA’s, fostering collaboration and enhancing capacity by offering a platform for district liaisons to connect, share resources and provide accessible supports. CARE (CALPADS Rules Engine) This error monitoring system will detect errors in any student information system and notify district administrators before the data is reported to CALPADS. This will reduce administrator’s time and number of iterations during CALPAh NHU but DS certification cycles and help improve data quality.
