Increase Student Awareness of and Skills for Green Careers and Sustainable Technology
Want to help students learn about and prepare for growing, quality careers in sustainable tech fields such as water, transportation, and the building trades?
The purpose of the Santa Clara County Office of Education Sustainable Tech Program is to provide participating students with opportunities to explore and prepare for careers in water, transportation, and the built environment. Career pathways that inform, inspire, and empower students to pursue green careers are essential to creating a sustainable future.
This Green Career Anthem video from partner organization STEAM the Streets, starring local youth artists, is a tool to raise awareness and interest in these programs, as well as the next steps in a green career pathway.
