SAN JOSE, CA – On Wednesday, January 16, Sharon Noguchi will be honored by the Santa Clara County Board of Education as a recipient of the 2018 California School Boards Association (CSBA) Golden Quill Award at the upcoming board meeting.
This is the first year of the Golden Quill Award program. Noguchi will be one of 25 journalists across the state to receive a Golden Quill. Noguchi will receive a Certificate of Excellence presented by the County Board of Education.
Recipients are recognized for their fair, insightful, and accurate reporting on public school news.

About the Santa Clara County Office of Education
Working collaboratively with school and community partners, the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) is a regional service agency that provides instructional, business, and technology services to the 31 school districts of Santa Clara County.
