​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The State & Federal Programs team provides professional learning and technical assistance to schools and districts with state & federal grants and programs, accountability, and LCAP.  Our team also reviews each district's LCAP prior to approval by the County Superintendent of Instruction. Professional development and technical assistance in the areas of School Site Councils, District Advisory Councils, District English Learner Advisory Committees, Federal Program Monitoring, Equitable Services for Private Schools, Consolidated Application, and grant management is available. Santa Clara County also serves as the Regional English Learner Specialist for Region 5 as part of the CA System of Support.
