Welcome to the Early Learning Services (ELS) Department website. The ELS Department operates the
Head Start,
Early Head Start and
State Preschool programs. We at ELS share common interest in the growth and development of children and know that we will all benefit from working and learning together.
Our ELS programs support the growth and development of children from birth to age 5. We promote school readiness of young children from low-income families through local programs.
