The
Equity and Educational Progress Division provides support to local districts in the areas of Local Control Accountability Plans (LCAP), Differentiated Assistance (DA) and district support, Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), State and Federal Projects, and Assessment and Accountability. Additionally, the division is the home for the Inclusion Collaborative, one of the statewide equity leads in California’s System of Support. The division also supports a statewide project in standards implementation, partnering with the California County Superintendents Educational Services Association (CCSESA). Public Affairs and Communications are also critical functions of the division.
- The Continuous Improvement and Accountability Department provides support to districts and charters in Santa Clara County to engage in continuous improvement and meet state and federal guidelines.
- The Inclusion Collaborative of SCCOE promotes a culture that values all children by strengthening, sustaining, and ensuring inclusive practices.
