After you have submitted your complete contractor’s packet to your company/agency's hiring department, they will forward it for you to the appropriate staff at Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE). You will then be contacted to schedule a Live Scan background check fingerprint appointment at our main facility at 1290 Ridder Park Drive, San Jose 95131 in the Human Resources department on the second floor. Badges are issued once all requirements above have been met.
We fingerprint Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Appointments are every 15 minutes. The cost is $74 payable at the time of service (unless your company/agency has an established billing account with SCCOE).
