Ridder Park Fitness Center and Group exercise at SCCOE
All regular SCCOE staff are eligible to use the Ridder Park Fitness Facility.
The center is open Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends and scheduled holidays. For information regarding rules and access to the SCCOE Ridder Park fitness center,

Meet Us On The Trail!
Staff, family and friends are welcome to join us for non-competitive outdoor group activities that are suitable for all levels. We meet twice a month at local parks or trails and earn 250 Vitality Points when we complete three events. Staff need not be a Vitality member to join.

Vitality Health FYI Webcasts
Each month Vitality hosts a webinar that covers a special health-related topic. The aim is to create a short learning experience and show you how engaging in Vitality can help you live better. Earn 50 Vitality Points when you watch the live webinar session scheduled on the third Thursday of each month from noon to 1:00 p.m. or when you watch a recorded webcast from your Vitality Portal. Wellness Campaigns and Challenges
Wellness FSA rewards information
All eligible SCCOE staff, who complete the Vitality Health Review (VHR), complete a full Vitality Check (health screening), and achieve Vitality Gold Status or above will enjoy a wellness Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reward of $200 with contributions from the SCCOE. The FSA is administered by American Fidelity.
Important information and dates for staff who participated in Vitality during the 2017-18 school year, completed the Vitality Health Review and the Vitality Check, and received Vitality Silver Status or above by July 31, 2018:
Your wellness FSA can be used to offset
eligible health care expenses that you and your dependents incur from Oct. 1, 2018-to Sept. 30, 2019.
All FSA recipients are encouraged to log in to or register with the
American Fidelity Online Service Center This is a secure website and requires you register using your social security, birthdate, and email. First time online service users who have not enrolled with an American Fidelity representative will want to
enter the email address that was linked to your Vitality account on July 31, 2018 when logging on the to the secure online service portal.

Vitality Champions promote, support, encourage, and motivate co-workers to achieve personal wellness goals. They help create a healthy work environment through utilization of the employee wellness program and act as liaisons between the SCCOE Wellness Coordinator and staff. Vitality Champions adopt healthy lifestyles and proactively seek ways to educate others at their worksite.
