Workforce & Organization Development and is committed to developing a healthier staff. Please check the

Ridder Park Fitness Center and Group exercise at SCCOE
All regular SCCOE staff are eligible to use the Ridder Park Fitness Facility.

Next Walk: We will connect with you about upcoming walks when it is safe to gather. Until then, be safe and keep walking!
Staff, family and friends are invited to build a more connected community through walking. Connect with your well-being, others, and the outdoors. We meet at local parks or trails and earn 250 Vitality Points for each walk. This is activity is suitable for all activity levels and staff need not be a Vitality member to join.

Vitality Health FYI Webcasts
Each month Vitality hosts a webinar that covers a special health-related topic. The aim is to create a short learning experience and show you how engaging in Vitality can help you live better. Earn 50 Vitality Points when you watch the live webinar session scheduled on the third Thursday of each month from noon to 1:00 p.m. or when you watch a recorded webcast from your Vitality Portal. Wellness FSA information
Important information and dates for staff who participated in Vitality during the 2018-19 school year, completed the Vitality Health Review and the Vitality Check, and received Vitality Gold Status or above by July 31, 2019:
Your wellness FSA can be used to offset
eligible health care expenses that you and your dependents incur from Oct. 1, 2019 to Sept. 30, 2020.
All FSA recipients are encouraged to log in to or register with the
American Fidelity Online Service Center . This is a secure website and requires you register using your social security, birthdate, and email. First time online service users who have not enrolled with an American Fidelity representative will want to
enter the email address that was linked to your Vitality account on July 31, 2019 when logging on the to the secure online service portal.

Vitality Champions promote, support, encourage, and motivate co-workers to achieve personal wellness goals. They help create a healthy work environment through utilization of the employee wellness program and act as liaisons between the SCCOE Wellness Coordinator and staff. Vitality Champions adopt healthy lifestyles and proactively seek ways to educate others at their worksite.
