*Space is limited for some activities. SCCOE staff who reserve an appointment time are guaranteed a spot for prevention, massage, and group exercise. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed an appointment. Some prevention activities are open to dependents. Dependents are required to register for the event and reserve an appointment time for those activities that are open to them.

This is event is more about community and the spirit of giving and less about competition.
