The myStrength tool invites users to evaluate current well-being to personalize your experience and follow interactive activity modules to learn and build skills to improve all aspects of well-being. You will enjoy short activities that boost emotional, social, and physical well-being as well as improve overall psychological health.
The Walker Tracker app gives you the freedom to engage in your favorite physical activities using a wearable device, mobile app, or by manually logging your own activities. Once you join Walker Tracker, you can buddy up with colleagues, join SCCOE-wide campaigns, or participate individually.
