Instructions

  1. Go to any Livescan office to have your fingerprints rolled (Livescan form)
  2. Have your electronic transcript delivered to credentialservices@sccoe.org
  3. Email your basic skills results to credentialservices@sccoe.org
  4. Register with our website at https://credentials.sccoe.org/credregistration.aspx
  5. Create an educator account at www.ctc.ca.gov

If you are unable to obtain an electronic transcript you can mail your hard copy to:

Please include a note to let us know you are applying for the 30 day Sub Permit.

When we have received your documents we will send your application to the Commission electronically. You will be notified by email and we will provide instructions regarding paying the fee.  Your Emergency 30 day Substitute Teacher Permit will be issued 5-10 days after you pay the fee.
