3. Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
Workshop
The
SCCOE is a Local Educational Agency (LEA) for the purpose of providing direct
to student educational programs in alternative education and special
education. As a result of the new Local
Control Funding Formula (LCFF), county offices of education are required to
develop a Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) that addresses the State
priorities for the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) provided
student programs. Additionally, the
SCCOE must address foster youth services and expelled youth services for Santa
Clara County in the LCAP. This workshop
will provide an overview of the county programs, the timeline and process for
developing the SCCOE LCAP.
