SAN JOSE, CA – The beginning of the school year can be a stressful time for students and parents, especially those who are transitioning to a new grade, new school, or for families that are new to the area completely. For this reason, the Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) is releasing a six-part informational series, entitled "Navigating Public Schools in Santa Clara County," to help families and newcomers across the county.
The articles feature different back-to-school topics that will equip families with information to achieve positive outcomes and maximize opportunities for their children to increase academic achievement during the 2017-18 school year.
