Charter Schools Office coordinates the programmatic and fiscal oversight for charter schools approved by the SCCOE Board of Education. The department also serves as a resource for Santa Clara County's charter schools, school districts, state and local agencies, parents and communities.

of services related to School Climate and Student Health & Wellness
efforts improving achievement for all students, including Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), a decision-making framework that guides selection, integration and implementation of the best evidence-based behavioral practices for improving important behavior outcomes for all students.
State & Federal Programs provides technical support to schools and districts on state and federal categorically funded programs. Our support includes training and assistance with LCAP, LEAP development, Title III Plan compliance, SSC training, formation of school and district ELAC, and development of SPSA among other things.
