Welcome to the "All-in-One" resource center for creative design, digital media production and print solutions. Our services are tailored for students, teachers, administrators and the community. We specialize in video production, television broadcasting, video conferencing, event support, graphic design, photography, and print production. We also offer consulting for A/V projects and digital signage.
SERVICES
OUR PROCESS
We support a variety of live events, marketing campaigns, and can create communication products for your program or service. Our project management process is simple and easy to understand:
- Identify your program needs and deliverable requirements
- Create a work order or statement of work for your agreement, upfront
- Execute your project with our professional staff
- Provide a number of client reviews and changes to the final product
- Final delivery and support of your product

RECOGNITION & AWARDS
The Digital Design and Media Services team from the COE's Technology Services branch, in conjunction with other COE and school district staff, has won several awards in the 34th Annual Telly Awards competition. The Telly Awards honors the very best film and video productions, groundbreaking online video content and outstanding local, regional and cable TV commercials and programs.

State Superintendent Tom Torlakson awarded a Certificate of Recognition to COE employees (L-R) Laura Aguilar, Ernie Pacleb (DDMS), Martha Martinez, and Jason Sholl (DDMS) for outstanding leadership and service that was invaluable to the success of the 2012 Regional Awards Ceremony.
The DDMS video production team received five video award nominations at the 2011 CreaTiVe Awards. The following videos were nominated:
